I don't know about videocasting, since I've never done it, but I imagine it's a bit tougher.<BR/><BR/>For podcasting:<BR/>You'll need to create a mp3 file (the standard) of your podcast. <A HREF="http://www.podcastingnews.com/topics/Podcasting_Software.html" REL="nofollow">More choices than you can handle</A> can be found here. I've used Audacity in the past but it was a bit on the techy side. I can't test the windows clients to see how user friendly they are because I've switched.<BR/><BR/>After that, your best bet for easy podcasting to the world is to add Feedburner to your arsenal of blogging tools.
