Either TTLB Ecosystem is broken again, or people got really mad that I called for the cancellation of SpongeBob, because I dropped overnight from the upper-end of reptile into the lowly-indeed category of Lowly Insect.
Of course, Lowly Worm was always a favorite Richard Scarry character, so that's not too bad.

If a higher TTLB rating is what you seek, why not provoke a blogontroversy!
ReplyDeleteP.S: do you reckon there's any chance of that word making a dictionary?
I'm still trying to get "philogrammateus" into common usage myself.
ReplyDeleteNice, although I reckon it won't get as many 'zeitgeist' points as 'blogontroversy' with the chaps at the OED.
ReplyDeleteOn a similar theme, and seeing as this is the 'Wordhoard' and I like the way it ties in with the blog title, I'll unlock my other recent coinage: it's "pres-obably", which came into being (for me anyway) when I changed my mind about which equivocational term I'd use right in the middle of 'presumably'!
