Lloyd Alexander, author of children's fantasy tales, died just under a week ago. I've been busy with lots of things on short deadlines and other non-professional responsibilities, so I didn't get a chance to comment on it. Timothy Burke, however, wrote a nice post entitled "Lloyd Alexander and Moral Instruction."
